“My husband and I came up to spend Christmas with family and this little place was very close by. Everything was as described. Very clean and queen bed was comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and nice. I guess the only issue was that during the day it was pretty noisy, lots of loud vehicles going by. However we weren’t there much in the daytime. The train tracks are behind the house but really wasn’t loud. Overall I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.”

“The highlight of this property is the deck and backyard. After that the pleasant surprise of snacks and little gifts from the host. Two grills, plenty of cookware, plates and silverware. Only negative is the bedrooms with the twin beds don’t have a/c. The rest of the bedrooms were ice cold. We put a blow up mattress in the sunroom (which had its own a/c and ceiling fan) and everyone was cool to cold in the heat of July. Minutes to USA Stadium and Kroger. We will be back!”

“We stayed at this property during Christmas to be near our son’s family. It was the “grand parent’s place” since both sets stayed at the house. The house was warm and inviting, also quite large for four people- lots of space. The size of the actual house is deceiving from the road! We would definitely recommend!! “We all draw conclusions regarding the properties we rent, pictures, reviews, ect. Nothing prepared my family for this experience. Instead of being a place to relax, the furniture was extremely uncomfortable. This includes the couch, chairs, and most specifically the Beds. In the room with the two beds, one bed had to moved to facilitate closing the door. Additionally, the light in the room is suspended by exposed wiring. Outlets throughout the property would not hold tension for chargers and……
