“Cute farmhouse that has recently been updated. It was in a good location, (it is on a very busy country road). The host was very responsive to messages and the house was very clean. The host gets 5 stars, however, there were a few things that kept me from giving an overall 5 star rating. The first is, the house says it sleeps 8-10 depending on the site. However, there is only dinner service for 4 and only 4 dining chairs. This was on a previous review and I had hoped it would have been……

“The highlight of this property is the deck and backyard. After that the pleasant surprise of snacks and little gifts from the host. Two grills, plenty of cookware, plates and silverware. Only negative is the bedrooms with the twin beds don’t have a/c. The rest of the bedrooms were ice cold. We put a blow up mattress in the sunroom (which had its own a/c and ceiling fan) and everyone was cool to cold in the heat of July. Minutes to USA Stadium and Kroger. We will be back!”

“We stayed at this property during Christmas to be near our son’s family. It was the “grand parent’s place” since both sets stayed at the house. The house was warm and inviting, also quite large for four people- lots of space. The size of the actual house is deceiving from the road! We would definitely recommend!! “In town to visit my daughter and grandsons. Lovely house definitely unique area.Pros: private , yard and property is spacious , host communication is excellent. Cons: No closet space , no place to hang your clothes. Bugs coming through the vents through out the house. Not sure what I can say about the old head stone we found behind the shed. If you are going outside at night watch for critters and falling tree branches.”
