“We had a great stay here! The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with EVERYTHING that you would need. The bed was very comfortable too. We LOVED the hot tub and the privacy. This is a basement, but it didn't feel like one and we barley heard the hosts upstairs. It's about 8 minutes from downtown. Highly recommend! ”

“I was not aware that there were 3 levels to this townhouse, with 2 staircases. The staircases were very loud and that surprised us. The space was nice for our family of 5. Our check-in was rocky because of lack of communication, but we were able to get in within the hour of arriving, which I was grateful for. It was a really nice area, close to the MO line where we went for rafting, quiet and safe-feeling. There was also nice/safe areas to walk our dog and take him for potty breaks. ”

“MTB paradise starts with a 3rd floor view above a bike shop central to Bentonville bike parks and Back 40 and Little Sugar trails. Beds and pillows firm and very comfortable. Elevator worked well. I would consider staying here again.”
