“Condo is located on 5th Fairway of Brittany Golf Course. We found house very clean, beautiful decor, & fully furnished & would highly recommend it. I thought there would be a gas grill available but only had a Weber grill, which had to go buy charcoal & not as handy. Also, Wi-Fi login info sent by management company was not correct but correct info was in picture frame below TV, which we found after texting management company. Also, we do not subscribe any TV apps but only to a local cable……

“We had family from 3 states meet and stay at Mulligan Manor for a funeral. The house was fantastic! We all had our own space, but large gathering areas where we could sit and spend time together. The house was in excellent condition with absolutely everything we needed! Amazing stay!”

“The house is gorgeous and well maintained. We had fun playing games from ping pong, corn hole, hot tub, basketball and hanging around the fire pit. Views were amazing and the neighborhood was quiet. I would highly recommend this home.”

“Very clean, had everything we needed to make a week of biking enjoyable. The hot tub especially nice after s long day. Loved the washer and dryer. Coffee selection nice as well. Definitely recommend.”

“The property that we stayed at was smack in the middle of all the mtb trails. The property had everything we needed and more. After a day of riding it was nice to soak in the hot tub or sit by the fire pit and have a cold beverage. It was a very comfortable house and Josh communicated with us if we had any issues. I'd would recommend this to anyone that is visiting Bentonville.”

“Absolutely wonderful. The only negatives that we had were really minor.There were no dishes for the bar soap in the bathrooms and no liquid soap dispensers either. Also, the little hook near the shower for holding the bath towel had been removed and not replaced.Also, we did not find coasters on which to put our drinks.As I wrote earlier, these were really minor things and they did not detract substantially from the joy of our stay.”

“Me and a buddy came to ride MTB's for a week and this spot was perfect. Nice size rooms, decorated like a Pinterest showroom and totally set up for bikers. We had a hiccup with the initial accessing of the property which was immediately rectified by the host. I would suggest this setup to friends who are looking to ride in Bentonville.”
