“房間隔音很差,尤其是NO.305, 306, 405, 406只隔了一個小木門,連沖馬桶或咳嗽的聲音都非常清楚,讓人無法入眠 the sound insulation is bad, especially NO.305, 306, 405, 406 only have a wooden door between two rooms, the noise is incredible loudly ! barely to sleep. 早餐很普通 breakfast is very common 火車站附近的環境很髒亂 the environment nearby Porta Nuova main station is not good”

“Really clean, very spacious, and quiet area even though its very close to the Vatican. Gianluca was so patient and extremely helpful. I am in Rome a lot I am surprised I have to discovered this before. This is really a gem, very straightforward if you just need a place to relax after a long day of walking. It does not have the normal chain/big hotels amenities but really good value for its price.”

“酒店的位置非常独特，往前走几步就到波河，附近也有都灵理工大学，隐藏着各种美食。位于Via Roma和Eataly的中间，走路过去差不多半个小时左右。附近就有火车站，地铁和公交车，还是挺方便的，实在达不到车的时候，也可以骑路边的mobike，但是价格比起国内贵多了，基本每10分钟就要7元多，而且车辆基本是按照外国人的体型设计，不建议身高偏爱的朋友骑自行车。 酒店的大堂非常有艺术性，前台小哥也非常热情，基本不用过多说明就能明白你的意思，也给予了我们很多帮助。”

“接待人員非常專業且友善.但飯店裝潢有點老舊,晚上隔音不好,可以聽到很多雜音,電梯&外部移動聲音. 陽台外面講話聲音,離市區購物中心,走路10分鐘內到 .算是方便 ,但不建議晚上出門. ”

“We knew there was a risk we might be late and arrive after check in closed but the reception staff, especially Rosalba, were very helpful and responsive. The building, room and breakfast were all very good. A great location, central but far enough off the main thoroughfare to be relatively quiet”
