Although we were here for a wedding, several of us stayed behind to work and linger with coffee in front the windows to see the gorgeous views! It could not have been better and we hated to leave! Was so close to the Glade Creek Farm wedding venue!!!”

“This cabin was a lovely little place to spend a few days exploring the surrounding park and activities. The setting was picturesque with the river so close. Luckily, some of the best hiking is very near the cabin (Glen Creek Area), but the other hiking areas are about 30 minutes away and all the best restaurants are in Fayetteville. Since the park is so spread out along the New River, you can't be close to everything, so this was fine for us. The cabin was clean as can be. The shower temp……

“We stayed for two nights on our trip back from Savannah to break up the drive and check out new river gorge park. House worked well for our group of six. Owners did a beautiful job of updating the amenities while maintaining the old house charm. This property is not for everyone but we really enjoyed checking out some of the old books, framed letters, and other items. The house is stocked with a mix of vintage items, reproductions, and modern functional pieces with vintage styling. Owners……

“The home itself was exactly as described and was clean and comfortable overall. A couple suggestions would be…-yard was not mowed and grass was quite high-futon couch was very uncomfortable to sit for any length of time-gate at hot tub was twisted and did not on its own which made it hard for my wife to open and close-Neighbor at corner left for work at like 5am and truck was very loud and rumbled the house during weekdays”

“We were meeting family from SC and MI and this was right in the middle!Location was right off 2 major highways so easy to get to. The furnishings and beds were all very comfortable and condusive to conversations or movie watching. We liked that the bedrooms were very separate. Perfect for our 2 couples. ”
