It’s a combination of old country home (used to belong to a coal barron) with a splash of modern. Hot tub fits 5 comfortably and also comes with a view. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay close to hiking trails and Mountain views. ”

“My three girlfriends and I had a two night getaway at this gorgeous house. The inside of this home was so well maintained and beautiful. You can tell the host puts a lot of effort into making the renting as comfortable and home-y as possible! There is one bedroom on the bottom floor with a half bath, which was perfect for my friend who broke her leg the week before. “We loved staying here and plan to book again in the future! It was so spacious for our family and the furniture (couches and beds) were super comfy. The shower water pressure and heat temperature was amazing in the main bathroom. The kitchen and all of the appliances were awesome. My kids had fun playing the games. “We were meeting family from SC and MI and this was right in the middle!Location was right off 2 major highways so easy to get to. The furnishings and beds were all very comfortable and condusive to conversations or movie watching. We liked that the bedrooms were very separate. Perfect for our 2 couples. ”

“I found this location because I needed something pet friendly and close access to the National Park. This did not disappoint. The home was a great location for our long weekend to the New River Gorge. The house was clean and equipped with what we needed. The fenced in backyard was wonderful but the back grass was high and overgrown. Would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Very nice setting right on the river. Well stocked and nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable - earplugs are recommended for the nightly train activity. Worked well for exploring the New River Gorge area. Would definitely stay here again.”
