“My family and I travel to the mountains every year for spring break. And I can honestly say this location had the best view of any we have seen! The house is huge. It’s a combination of old country home (used to belong to a coal barron) with a splash of modern. Hot tub fits 5 comfortably and also comes with a view. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay close to hiking trails and Mountain views. ”

“Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have downtime, and plenty of community space for everyone to come together to eat and hang out together. Gameroom was a big hit for everyone, from grandma to teenagers. Everything was super comfortable and when we had any questions, the hosts were incredibly responsive. Loved it!!”

“A great way to visit the area. My husband fished on the pond every night and my son hiked up the property's trail to view the sunrise. Easy to access and not far from many Natl Park trails. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful. I hope to visit again.”

You can tell the host puts a lot of effort into making the renting as comfortable and home-y as possible! “We loved staying here and plan to book again in the future! It was so spacious for our family and the furniture (couches and beds) were super comfy. The shower water pressure and heat temperature was amazing in the main bathroom. The kitchen and all of the appliances were awesome. My kids had fun playing the games. “Perfect place to stay if you have a large group with a ton of machines and big trucks and trailers. We had 12 Adults in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. And the game room/livingroom/private bedroom addition is perfect for those who don’t want to go to sleep when the others do. Shelby was an awesome host and was super responsive to any of our needs. Definitely coming back again and recommend this place to everyone. Also great location for Outlaw trails and Hatfield systems.”

“Had a wonderful stay. So close to all the activities we wanted to do. House was perfect for our family. We did all our meals in the house had everything we needed. The kids loved the big back yard.
