“This was the absolute coolest house I have ever rented! We booked the Medley Manor for a combined bachelor/ bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! We had 25 people attend and we still had a ton of room for more. This house is great for couples or different families due to the amount of separated rooms. It can be hard to find houses to rent for large amounts of people with more than just bunk beds. This was perfect for that. Pete the host was absolutely fantastic! He was present upon arrival……

“Property is very well kept in a quiet, rural location but within 15 minutes of everything you could need. Best equipped kitchen we have ever had at a rental! Large pots, cookie sheets, even a crock pot and cheese grater! Best communication with an owner as well. I always got a response within minutes. Ammenities are awesome with use of a large lake for swimming, kayaking, wakeboarding, slide and even fishing. Also sports courts and petting and feeding all the animals. Renting this home is like……

“The property was perfect for me. Small but comfortable, great location and the host was great with communication and easy to reach. I will definitely stay here again and refer to my friends and family. ”

“The home was exactly what we needed for our trip to visit family in Peoria. There was ample space for us to spread out and have areas where the kids could separate from each other. As noted in other reviews, power can be a challenge but one that was easily overcome with extension cords. Joseph was responsive to questions and the checkout process was as easy as can be. We definitely appreciated the fact that it is just off of the main roads as it made for simple trips to certain things……

“The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental.”
