“The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. “Me and my Mother’s stay has been absolutely wonderful our host is above and beyond our expectations. She is wonderful, sweet, kind and thoughtful and has excellent taste. She is very attentive to her guests, but gives you privacy as well. The property is gorgeous, rolling Hills, beautiful views, dear appear periodically, especially in the evening. The cottage had a cabin feel outside and a home feel with all amenities inside. The ambiance and decorations were delightful. Full kitchen and able to cook meals for breakfast and dinner. Approximately 20 minute drive away from Mammoth Cave National Park. Host was available onsite but we had privacy. ”
