“Wonderful ”

“Great property! No tv or WiFi, but there is a cell phone booster, so it worked for us! There is 1 bedroom. The porch was excellent- spent most of our time out there. Coffee was provided. Kitchen had everything we needed. Master bath was phenomenal. Best shower ever.”

“The rental house was very clean and decor was updated. My adult daughters and myself enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive to questions. Even though it’s 23 minutes from Sunset Marina, we discovered a boat ramp and swimming area on Dale Hollow Lake down the street from the house that was secluded and private. To improve our stay I recommend owner upgrade the two primary bedroom mattresses with box springs and hotel quality mattresses that have inner coil with memory……

“The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. There is a difference however between old and old/dirty/unkept. The floor was covered in dead bugs, spiderwebs, and dust. There was someone’s old food in n the mini fridge. Also, we are……

“Adequate bedrooms for the whole family. Decent size living space. Few minor issues, no cold water in bathroom upstairs. It served its purpose. ”
