“The hotel stood out from the very beginning thanks to its quick access to the airport: it is located just minutes from the terminal, and they provide shuttle service every 15-20 minutes, which made our arrival and departure much more comfortable. “Everything was great! My last night there they seemed to have turned the heater off as I could not access it nor did it have power to turn on. This was particularly bad because it was raining, making the room extremely cold. Other than this small mishap everything was really great. Overall good hotel!”

“We had a great stay. UCONN campus is very impressive! My only complaint is, when checking in we were instructed where to park. It wasn’t until we checked out and I saw a tiny sign hidden behind the card processor, that I realized they charge $9 per night for parking. I brought it to the attention of the clerk that not only weren’t we informed at check in about the fee, but that the sign should be larger and placed where patrons can actually see it!!! ”
