“This property was as advertised - fabulous location for sightseeing. Metro a block away, Safeway a block away too. We are five college friends in our early 70’s and this property worked well for us. The communication with the property owner was consistently excellent, Alec is very responsive and helpful. Beds were nice and firm. Kitchen worked well for our needs. It was also really convenient to have so many places for us to eat at, just within a mile of the home!! Plus there were E-bikes/scooters everywhere and that was one of our main forms of transportation! ”

“Nice house in a vibrant neighborhood. Very close to the national mall. NoMa metro station was a 30 min walk, not bad in the mornings. Bikes, scooters, and vsrious ride shares are convenient to this location. One train change and you can be at the Smithsonian stop in about 20 min. Ubering back to this house from the sights was quick and cheap as well. Bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficient for our adult group of 5. Nice stove, microwave, and coffee pot available.
