“We cycled to the motel so were unable to bring our own food. The motel is a few miles from the nearest restaurant - too far to cycle for a meal out. The manager kindly offered to buy food for us which was there on our arrival. We grilled the sausages on the gas grill. There were tables and chairs next to the grill and undercover. We later sat around a fire. The wood was provided free of charge. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. ”

The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. “This was the perfect place for myself, my wife, our toddler and our dog. Check in was super easy and the house was very welcoming. It was clean and had everything you could need; we loved having the toiletries available because we had forgotten our toothbrushes which was perfect that she had them. “We had very pleasant and comfortable stay. The family loved using the hot tub and fire pit in the evening. The kitchen and dining area were terrific and allowed our whole family to enjoy cooking and eating together. My wife and I loved sitting on the front deck with the dog each morning while having our coffee. So close to everything, and the check in and out process could not be any easier.Highly recommended and would stay again in a heartbeat.”
