“This house was perfect for our family of four and our dog!”

“This was the perfect place for myself, my wife, our toddler and our dog. Check in was super easy and the house was very welcoming. It was clean and had everything you could need; we loved having the toiletries available because we had forgotten our toothbrushes which was perfect that she had them. Marina was also nice enough to have supplies such as dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and a few other things. Plenty of board games and toys for both kids and adults as well. “The home was even more beautiful than the photos, we had 4 adult couples and never felt like there wasn’t enough space or somewhere comfortable to sit! We absolutely loved our stay ”

“We had very pleasant and comfortable stay. The family loved using the hot tub and fire pit in the evening. The kitchen and dining area were terrific and allowed our whole family to enjoy cooking and eating together. My wife and I loved sitting on the front deck with the dog each morning while having our coffee. So close to everything, and the check in and out process could not be any easier.Highly recommended and would stay again in a heartbeat.”

“We had 9 guests (grandparents, parents, and five kids ages 9-16). There was plenty of space for everyone, and everything you could possibly need available in the home. The decor is so cozy, unique, and comfortable. There are cute and fun little details everywhere. The hot tub is huge and has LED lights and lots of jets (kids loved this). “We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. ”

“Property was just as described and more. Quite with lake view and access to put canoe into the water. The fire pit was perfect with chairs already set up. Set up inside was great. The light switches were the only downside. There were so many that went to nothing we could figure out. The sliding doors were also not the easiest to use, impossible for kids but seeing as I didn’t want them out without us anyway I wasn’t bothered by it. “We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!……

“We had a fantastic time! The house was immaculate. Had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Lots of kitchen items including a few basic spices with olive oil etc. Hot tub was perfect. “This was an amazing stay for our family and fur babies, super clean, comfortable, with all of the amenities of home! "The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
