“We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. ”

“It was a wonderful place to get together with extended family that was centrally located to the different parks and attractions. ”

“ The house was quint and cozy. It was a convenient walk to the main strip, only 2 blocks up. It is also extremely convenient to Cranmore mountain, where we spent half a day at the adventure park. Is a great location if looking to ski. We made an outdoor fire every night, but you have to get your own wood. The owners were very helpful and communicative with any questions I had. It wasn't perfect. There were a few lamps (3) with burnt out lightbulbs. At least one of the TV remotes didn't……

“Very lovely home. Great location. ”

“This home was the perfect house for our North Conway getaway! Hot tub was delightful, our kids enjoyed the movie theatre, pool table and pong table! Fireplace and scenery were divine. We shopped at the outlets 10 minutes down the road, golfed and enjoyed the Saco river. It was a wonderful getaway. Would make an amazing ski vacation spot!!! Highly recommend!!”

“Been camping in the area for 30 years, thought we would try Vrbo. This place is rustic but very clean and comfortable. Lots of room. Enjoyed the deck and fire pit. Close to all our memories. Very accommodating for a rather large dog. The price is very affordable. Wish we had brought our bikes because the neighborhood is very quiet.”

“Story Land was the primary destination during our stay, and the cottage made travelling there quick and easy. It was also a breeze going to Schouler Park by way of back roads. The typical traffic congestion on the main road had no impact on us during our stay. The cottage itself is super clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for the night we cooked in. We never felt cramped, especially with the large playroom towards the rear of the cottage. We won't hesitate to book again. ……

“Had a very quick one-night stay here for a trip to Story Land. The setup was perfect for us, our young kids, and another couple. The one downfall is the 10am checkout time, which we found very stressful trying to accomplish with 3 kids under the age of 4. In a rush, I did leave one item behind, but the owner kindly reached out to let me know and, luckily, I was still in the area and was able to come back to retrieve it. I would stay here again!”

“Lovely, comfortable, close to town but quiet. The pool was great and refreshing. The living space is upstairs and the bedrooms are on the ground level. Very nice find. We all agreed that we would stay here again”

“House was clean upon arrival and well stocked including things in the kitchen like a colander for cooking spaghetti or rinsing fruit. Everyone had fun with the game room downstairs including the children playing air hockey. Location was excellent to downtown and also to many beautiful natural places like Cathedral Ledge, Echo Lake, Emerald Pool, and also for fun places for the kids like Storyland etc. Many restaurants in the area. The owner was super accessible and made sure that everything……

“This was our second year here. Four of us come up from Massachusetts to play golf over a long weekend. The house is perfect for us, with plenty of bedrooms, island kitchen and even a hot tub. Neill, the owner, is an excellent host!”

“Vacation with family is always fun and relaxing. The location was great for skiing, snowmobiling and spending lots of money in the many shops at Settlers Green. The house was a nice size for my family of 10. The children had their space while the adults enjoyed a night of cooking, eating and relaxing with all the comforts of home. Courtney was great with any questions or concerns. I want to give a shout out to the Four Seasons plowing company that came 3 times to plow after an all night snow……

“Perfect stay in North Conway! Walking distance to the downtown playground, shops, and food. Less than 10 minutes drive to Storyland, Diana's Bath, Cathedral Ledge, and Mt. Washington Valley Rec. Path. We truly loved our stay and look forward to staying here again in the future! ”

“Very nice, fun place for a weekend trip. Everything was clean and well kept, overall. The grill is a little finicky, and the space is probably best for a group of young adults rather than little kids or older folks (lots of stairs). Loved the pool table and hot tub :)”

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
