“We stayed in the detached loft building. It was clean and just what we needed. Our two double bed room was pretty small. Bathroom was also small. about the only complaint was with the hvac setup. It wasn’t really all that clear which baseboard electric units for heat were supposed to actually work. There’s a thermostat on the wall, but only the one by the door was functional; two were cold. There’s also a window unit, but I’m guessing that was for summer air conditioning. Some in-room literature……

“The owners are very sweet and we enjoy every time we go. We hike a ton, and the location you can’t beat with restaurants and trails within an easy driving distance. We loved having breakfast before heading out to the trails. Nice and accommodating always and helpful with our questions. We’re quiet and keep to ourselves, so it’s perfect for us as a landing zone.”

“Building is 100+ years old, has the character of an older facility that has been updated to provide electrical, HVAC, and Wifi needs of modern user. Proprietor is very friendly, was very helpful in helping us set up a good itinerary for our two days there. Breakfast was excellent, prepared to order and of the highest quality. B&B is quite quiet, has a nice sitting room/library (which we did not use since we were out all day seeing sights). B&B is near, but not on, the North Conway "strip" of……
