“Stayed 2 nights… basically just to sleep ”

“Beautiful location and very quiet. Small cottage was perfect for 2 people with a great view of the mountains out the window. Sat on the back porch watching birds in the trees. The only thing was the path to the river was blocked so we could not access. There were plenty of other nearby opportunities go get to the river though. Totallly relaxing with comfortable beds, couch and outside area. ”

“We had a lovely stay for our sons wedding at Project 3488 which is just a short walk away. It was a very cold weekend but the property has a/c & a wood heater so no problem staying warm. Opposite the yarra river & plenty of walking tracks we will be back again when the weather warms up. ”

“Our adult family of four had a very comfortable stay at Kathy's cottage. Breakfast fixings provided were appreciated as was the ample firewood to enable cosy nights by the fire. Thanks for a lovely stay!”

“A fabulous little cottage- perfect house, absolutely everything you will need. ”

“Very clean and tidy, comfortable, spacious, warm, quiet neighbourhood, comfortable beds. Very nice spa bath. Gas stove was big and easy to light. Couches were very comfortable. Refridgerator was a decent size with freezer at the bottom. Only negative was the single bed sheets were rather small and came untucked easily. The central heating worked very well however we noticed the noise of the air through the ducts because we were not accustomed to ducted heating. The property manager was very……
