“Charming miners cottages in the centre of Burra, within easy walking distance to eating & shops. Quiet, spacious, very comfy bed. Being winter the cottages do get cold but heat pump soon fixed that. When we arrived at the front of the cottages a notice on the gate said to check in around the corner at the office on site so we drove around only to find a board propped against a tree saying check in was now via the camp ground along the road. Another couple were in the same boat. When we arrived……

“Nice adult only place however mornings not so good when one person rises early and other still sleeping as shower over spa bath in corner of the main room. Thank goodness for earplugs and eye mask to help with water noise and light.”
