“The hotel was neat and tidy and had a large and comfortable room. It had a pool area that looked great and in warmer weather would be a terrific advantage. I would definitely stay again.”

“We had booked the deluxe room. Our stay was great, reception was friendly and helpful, check in was seamless, there was a few of us who all booked seperately, but the reception adjusted to get us all together . The rooms are lovely, clean, comfy, it was honestly great. ”

“Room was very clean and spacious. Amenities good. View over pool on 1st floor was lovely. Only problem was no insulation between rooms. Any noise from next room sounded very loud.”

“The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible……

“Excellent location, and the room is comfortable. The bathtub is big but very dirty with lots of stains. Some small insects were found on the bath towel surface. I’ve met two staff. Both of them are women. One is very friendly and helpful, while another is quite rude when I ask her how to return room key if I need to check out very early. ”
