“The location is nice and truly peaceful. Regarding the property we had a few issues. Firstly, we booked Unit 7b which looked nice, but were given the key box code for 7a. 7a was decidedly a lesser quality property. It was smaller and tired-looking (I understand a new owner is currently upgrading - neighbours told me). The floors coul and should have been cleaner. The TV was out of order The property was advertised as having internet access, but that was not the case. The neighbours said there is……

“Great place. Lovely decor. We made full use of the induction cooker and hammock. Only minutes to the beach and bus. Tee was great to communicate with. Looking forward to staying again”

Outdoor and indoor fires were stocked with wood ready to relax and enjoy with the bottle of wine provided :) A very minor suggestion would be to have a bedside lamp rather than relying on main lights, and a cheese knife would be fab! “We had 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. We had a lovely time. Most of the group was skiing but some stayed home to enjoy dinner plain walks and relaxing at the house. The place was well stocked, the linen and towels were clean with a lot of extra blankets if cold. We cooked every day and well stocked with kitchen utensils etc Very responsive with queries. ”

“Great experience from check in to check out. Excellent communication from the host. Very comfortably place with plenty of room for a family with 3 adults and 4 kids. With heaters in all the rooms it was very warm. Its located at the bottom of the mountain within easy walking distance to friday flat or Valley terminal and a bus stop right out the front if you want to take the bus. Just note there isnt a laundry so make sure you have enough clothing to last the trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay……

“Location and property were fantastic. The facilities were great. Everything you need was there. We are out mostly but easily whipped up a tasting plate and steak sandwiches. ”

Walking ability to the village with cafe, shops pub and supermarket as well as the bus to Mt Hotham. A fabulous well equipped house - our host was great checking in to make sure we had enough firewood or if we needed anything else. ”
