“My cousin and I were on a road trip on our way to Nashville for a wedding and decided to visit The Ark along the way. Granny's House was in an excellent location both to The Ark and just for a quiet place to relax. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would have loved to have had more time to just enjoy staying in the house. If we're in the area again, we will definitely hope to stay there again.”

“Stephanie’s property is ideal to visit both attractions. Located in a quiet neighborhood just outside Union, KY, it is a 30 minute drive to each attraction. Local amenities in Union are only 5 minutes away. Perfect for our family of 8, the property exceeded our expectations. Stephanie is a fantastic host, communicating with us every day. A new home that is built specifically for VRBO rental, it is comfortable and safe. I would definitely stay there again. ”

“Very cute cottage & stay. Our group was one adult w/3 teens, and it was perfect for our needs while we visited Ark & Creation Museum for a conference - great location roughly halfway btwn both. On our down day, the kids loved the corn hole and kayaking! Living room fit our four comfortably for evening chats, large table gave us room for board games, deck was nice for me in the evenings. Property is as described and wonderful, thoughtful host!”

“This is a nice little house, just a few miles from the Ark. The only reason I rated at four stars instead of five is that the shower curtain has orange mold at the bottom, and what appears to be boogers crusted on the inside. Everything else was nice and clean. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. This was a pleasant place for me and my family while we enjoyed The Ark and Williamstown.”

“We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect location! We were close to good food and coffee and a quick trip up the highway. The house was super clean and everything seemed brand new! The beds were extra comfy and the bathrooms were extra clean. There was so much room! The bedrooms were not crowded and we enjoyed many visitors in the relaxing living room. “Our stay at Kate's house was nothing short of spectacular! The interior is so thoughtfully designed and we had fun picking our favorite bedrooms. There was more than enough space for 10 of us and we felt right at home the moment we walked in. As warm and inviting as the inside is, what also really sets the house apart are the outdoor amenities. There is an awesome firepit area in the backyard, elevated deck with seating, and a beautiful lake right behind the house. We all loved walking the……
