“We were in town for a show at Red rocks and this place was perfect very close to venue, Safeway and Walgreens just a block away, easy door dash orders. My only comment would be that you should be close to who you are traveling with as there is not much “sound privacy” :) ”

“My 18 yr old son and I rented this condo for a quick trip to Denver. It is extremely quiet in this building. The condo was clean, pots and pans, streaming tv (need ur own logins), love the small patio and we felt safe due to a building lock, hallway lock and then of course ur front door lock. If you want somewhere quiet, this is the place for you. I never heard one person the entire 3 days I was there. Host are very nice. ”

“Over all stay was great. House was great but did lack extra blankets. One of the group members slept on couch and only had wraps. Need better and more cookware Breakfast was basically the only meal we ate at the house; however, it was difficult with very limited cookware. Owner was great and easy to contact.”

“We stayed at this property in Old Town when visiting family in Arvada. The location was perfect! Once we understood how to get in and out using the fob and where to park we were ready to enjoy the area! The host was very responsive to our questions and we look forward to staying here again!”

“cold! They did a great job shopping walmart for sheets, but they are cold and thin. Radiators doent heat up enought. Shower drains slow. I told them to fix it. As well as a gate light. Very steep steps. How tub was just what we needed. Definitely come back, but with a space heater”

“The condo was ideal for a week spent in downtown Denver. The central location is just blocks from Union Station, Coors Field, 16th Street Mall, state capital, and US Mint. Front desk staff were helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The unit was well furnished and the kitchen well-equipped. In-unit laundry facilities were modern and functional. The location was isolated from street noise by its 16th floor elevation. Beds were comfortable and all linens were provided. Wi-fi worked……

“If I had to describe our stay in one word, I would use luxury from the well appointed fully functional kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms. The beds and the sheets were super comfortable got great rest. The neighborhood is easy to get to easy on and off of I 25. Would totally stay here again and would totally recommend it to any family or small group passing through Denver!”
