We were all blown away when we got to the top of the mountain and saw the view of the city below. Breathtaking. “We enjoyed our two weeks at David's home. Just a few blocks from our daughter's home in Denver which was a treat. I was able to shop at Sprout's, cook some favorite dishes in his kitchen, watch good TV, and best of all, walk in City Park. Great washer and dryer and we loved the "fireplace!"”

“This is the best rental I have ever stayed in, and there have been a lot! Betty was lovely and very accommodating! The location could not be beat! Right next to the paved trail that runs next to the creek and a 2 minute walk into downtown Golden! Also, it was a 12 min drive to Red Rocks! The rental itself is impeccably clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped, and so comfortable! Don't hesitate on this one! I will be back here for each concert I attend!!!”

Easy, flat walk Restaurant downstairs was closed during my stay (no fault of property owner) but looked lovely. It was nice to have access to a number of rooms. Perfect for a single person. No doors between floors or rooms, so might have been more difficult if I was staying with my family.”

“was a great 1 bedroom with kitchen. convenient to downtown and Ball Arena. parking was offsite, but near. my only complaint was there was a plug in air "freshener" - I hated the scent and it triggers allergies for me. I unplugged it and put it on the balcony. if we had spent more time in the apartment it would have been an issue, but we had a lot of activities that took us out. ”
