“Not clean enough ”

“Room 108, well appointed room, just without window view. Instant shower is hot, bed is comfortable. Good stay for overnight a few restaurants nearby with a 7-11. Not forgetting it has automated self service check in and check out without permanently manned front desk”

“Needed a place to sleep. TV wasn't working. The bedsheets weren't clean. Aircon was good. But location wise, this is convenient. A lot of shops nearby. Staff was also pleasant. They dont provide bottled water or a kettle. But they do provide a water dispenser and paper cups at each level. Ask for a higher level. I got a room at level 2 and it was a little noisy outside past midnight.”

“Book for two nights , property very run down . Request for non-smoking room but is smoking room . Check out the next day and request for refund for one nite . But expedia unable to contact the hotel . Very dissappointed. ”

“This apartment is beyond disgusting. Upon entry there was a broken table, disgustingly stained ironing board, dirt on the chairs, mould growing on the sink and in the shower, stained curtains. The adult pool was not open. The electrics for some of the light sockets were broken, this is a health hazard, hotels.com should not be advertising this unit as it is a hazard. Shame on the owners and property management.”

“Overall good, exterior may look rundown but they have upgraded their interior furnishings. Food was ok too.”

“Had everything we need for a great holiday. Paradigm mall is just next door. Food and shopping are amazing with plenty of choices. Really enjoyed the apartment. Spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. Pool was awesome and private. Not to mention how huge it was. Gym was well stocked and had everything you need to burn those extra calories. Only small qualm was the shower head was positioned in a tight spot when it should be in the middle. Overall……

“Overall, its a good stay. Good value for money. Clean room and on-suite bathroom. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Nearby lots of local food at affordable prices. The area is relatively quiet especially at night but the aircon is rather noisy even though its a split unit. No facial tissue in room and had some problem with mosquitoes in the room.”

“hotel booked but never reflected in existing hotel system...waiting for hour to get things solved...was being notified that existing room was booked. Hence, require to top up addtional RM20 for other room / change room. ”
