“Riverside Hotel was beautiful. It was quiet at night. Very convenient to get anywhere needed in Casper. There was one male front desk worker who wasn't the best as we had asked about the restaurant and he told us it opened at 4, however, it was closed that night. That is the only thing that was bad. Otherwise, the continental breakfast was delicious, the rest of the staff was kind, and it was clean! Beds are comfortable. ”

“The large indoor pool/reception area gave a good impression. The property however has aged somewhat from its glory times as a convention center in the past. The restaurant/bar in the property is a big convenience and the staff is quite friendly. Indian cuisine menu available as well as western food choices.”

“Great facility! Clean room and bathroom in good shape. Check-in was a breeze with good info and directions for parking and how to get our room. Our room has a private balcony overlooking the central indoor courtyard, pool and hot tubs. Has rustic lodge feel with all the modern amenities. Room has a nice size wine cooler size fridge - only downside - no freezer for our freezer packs. But I can live with that.”

“Very quaint and quiet! Staff is awesome and very quick with check in. Plenty of parking space! Clean room and bathroom. Tons of options on the tv for kids, small through teenagers.”

“Although the units are dated the place was spotless. The woman who helped us (the manager) was exceptional. There was an error (through Expedia) and she went above and beyond. Plus the bed was so comfy!”
