“The cottage was perfect for our anniversary away!! It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the many waterfalls just minutes away. We were also close enough to Chimney Rock and Bat Cave to serve with a disaster relief team. There is still much to be done.”

“It's in a rural spot off the highway but great location for what we wanted. We visited Franklin gem mines, Cherokee, and Bryson City all within a short drive. The house was clean minus a few dust bunnies. It definitely has some wear and tear but for the cost and location I have no complaints. My only negative which I'm not sure if the home owner can even control is that the tap water smelled horrible. Bring your own drinking water. ”

“This is a lovely and well-appointed house. The bedrooms are very roomy and the living areas spacious. Unfortunately, Mirror Lake had just been dredged and was not as clear as in prior visits to the area. Nevertheless, it was a beautiful setting and the whole family enjoyed excursions on the pedal boat and nearby hikes. The older folks also took many beautiful walks in the neighborhood. We were thrilled to find the mountain laurel and dogwood in full bloom and the rhododendron bloom just……

“Very nice location , very nice house with all we needed. Host , Ted very quick in answering our question. His assistant , Crystal stop by and help us reprogram one of the TV sets back to Sat. There is some farm land in the distance as you can hear a roaster crow about 6am. Most mornings we would sitting on the porch having coffee and enjoying the scenery of tall trees and clouds moving through the mountain ridge. Had no problem with insect day or night. Had 2 deer grazing in the front yard by……
