“We arrived to the perfect little get away house had 4 rooms with 2 baths just right amount of space. Owners left snacks and even cold drinks in refrigerator. We absolutely loved the cabin and the area great fishing and the waterfall was stunning. My family attended the July 4th even with live music fireworks and vendors in the town over and we as a family were able to go tubing down the river ”

“If you are looking...look no further! This precious place has it all! Our family of 4 (boys ages 8 & 11) LOVED our stay here. The property is just beautiful; the farmhouse is so cozy & quaint; the location between Dillard/Clayton, GA & Highlands, NC was so ideal for going to restaurants & shopping! We took advantage of hiking the property; fishing in the pond; building a fire in the fire pit and then had some fun at the Highland Outpost for some snow-tubing! Rachel (property manager) was so……

“It was a cute cottage but no one there to greet you or tell you where ice was or microwave that took me a day to find in a lower cabinet. Water I wasn’t sure was left for us?! The brunch at the restaurant was delicious but expensive! Dinner was not offered during our stay as restaurant was closed until Thursday:(. Overall it was ok.”

“We have been coming to Franklin for many years now. This place checked all of our boxes and we plan to return soon! The WiFi worked great, which is always hard to find in this area. The garage was super convenient for unloading our stuff and being able to keep it secure while we were gone. The location is perfect, great views but still close to town and no trekking all the way up a mountain. All the furnishings, blankets, etc are new and clean. This place is a perfect ‘home base’ while exploring……
