“Was a very clean and quiet place to stay. Would definitely stay again. Hosts were very responsive and a nice place to hang out and relax.”

“Cute little property cabins and A frames. Ours was in the back corner and we had our own private back patio. Loved it! Furniture could be a little more sturdy and this unit could easily fit a king bed. Exterior and landscaping could use a face lift, but I know the property is being upgraded. Will come back in the future over staying at hotels, we love Glenwoo and come every year. Great location too! ”

“The cabin was perfect for my family and our needs. We were in Glenwood Springs for the weekend to visit my granddaughter who attends CMC. We planned to eat our meals out and spend the evening at Iron Mountain Springs, so we knew we wouldn’t be spending a lot of time in the cabin or need a ton of space. It was great to have two bathrooms, separate sleeping areas, and we enjoyed coffee in the morning before picking up my granddaughter for breakfast. We, of course, enjoyed the beautiful mountains……

“It sounds odd, but this awesome property sits right on the highway on a lot between businesses. (They were there first, it was out of town in the 1930's!) There are just enough trees and green space to feel like a tiny camp in town. Cabins and A-frames with Ponderosa TV Show theme names. Cabins have a parking between each. Inside is very nice and private. Outside/on the deck (LOVED the deck) or by the fire pit is social. Very welcoming, comfortable & friendly atmosphere. Minutes from literally……

“We had 4 families with 6 kids ranging from 6 months to 9 years old. We had an absolutely wonderful time and the house was the center of all the fun. Perfectly laid out and equipped for just about anything. The location was perfect - close enough to all the fun and far enough to feel private. We initially were shocked at how close it was to the freeway and soon realized it was not an issue what so ever. The communication and access to the owners was top notch. Incredibly helpful and……

“This property was perfect for our anniversary trip with an infant. They had a high chair and travel crib and kids books, which made packing easier. Having the hot tub on-site was wonderful in the evenings, and being right on the bike trail was super fun! Ride two miles into town or go long in either direction. We loved the wraparound deck and didn’t mind the highway noise at all. Book it. You won’t regret it!”

“The setting of this property next to the Colorado River was nice and the ripple of the water at the current was relaxing. On the negative side, the beds were uncomfortable, the interior was duaty/dirty, the A/C is a single window unit”

“The house is absolute 10/10. The owner takes meticulous care of the home and its even better than the pics. The location is quite and serene, the only downside for some people can be that it is 30 mins away from closest market”
