“Our family of 8 stayed in this beautiful spacious home for 3 days and enjoyed rafting the Colorado and swimming at the Glenwood Hot Springs pool. Both were within a 5 minute drive. The grandkids really loved the walk-out basement with the big screen tv, pool table, and kitchen . It was nice to have two gathering areas. ”

“The time we spent at this house was terrific. Kenny was easy to communicate with and the house was well stocked. Besides it being a lovely house, there were several aspects that we especially appreciated…there were enough chairs at the dining room table for everyone, there were multiple outdoor decks and lots of seating on each, there were plenty of pans, silverware, plates, cups and baking sheets, there were fans for each bedroom plus an upstairs cooling system. “The grounds are fantastic. We used the firepit and saw 2 vultures in a tree in the back yard. The house is nice if a little dated. A lot of thought went into comfort including several window ac units, local activity suggestions, etc. The highway noise was very noticeable even in the back yard but easy to talk over without raising voices.”

We weren't at the house much due to the party help we were offering and the party itself but the time we were there we were all very comfortable.
