“Jerome was fantastic!! Great suggestions on site seeings. Be sure to check out Buffalo city hall observation deck with 360 views of the city. He was a very nice guy. He also welcomed us with a text even though it was late and he was at work. Check in process was smooth with great directions on self check in and self check out.
