The space met every need that arose: zone heating when I wanted to warm the bedroom loft but not the downstairs, shampoo & conditioner when I realized I'd forgotten mine, beach towels when I briefly considered going to the beach (but then stay in because some rain and cold wind started.) “A very quiet place, very spacious, walkable to the beach, 20 minutes to downtown at a brisk pace or 30 if leisurely. Easy communication with the owner. Quiet charming. Gloucester was altogether a surprise. Interesting cultural history. Wonderful scenery and astonishing beaches. ”

“The weather unfortunately wasn’t on our side, but our two families still had a wonderful time at this peaceful cottage. The house was exactly as advertised— cozy, clean, and nicely decorated. We appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was, and the collection of books, games, and toys to occupy our kids (2, 2/12, & 3 1/2). Even the dogs felt at home in this tranquil home. We only wish that we could’ve enjoyed the deck and short walk to the beach, but it gives us a reason to come back! ”

“For a group of 10 people, the house was very comfortable. Almost everything was provided, except for a few essential items like toilet paper and sugar. The residence is located in a very peaceful neighborhood, close to the sea. The nearest town is about a 10-minute drive away, where you can find everything you might need, such as grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation to larger cities.
