“Nice clean property, comfortable bed”

“Th property was as advertised. Great loacation. Newer build. Very clean. Nicely furnished. Very spacious. Easy close parking. Value for the price paid was very good. One reviwer stated in a review I read that they felt that they were dealing with "AI" during the reservation and check in process. I felt that I had to ask the same, very straight forward questions multiple times to get the answer I was looking for. The door opening procedure was a bit convoluded and the directions didn't work at……

“Came for a brief overnight. Communication with host was great - property was very nice. Wish bathroom had been upstairs adjoining the nicest bedroom, as stairs were tricky to navigate if needing to “get up” in the middle of the night! Enjoyed our stay.”

“We loved the location..the beach...overall house but the situation with the very steep staircase and only one bathroom was not ideal for us...Jim and I both have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night so having to go up and down the stairs can be difficult. “We arrived a little earlybut our host had everything in tip top shape and welcomed us in!What a wonderful surprise..exceptional use of the space! Nicely decorated and oh so homey!! It is the ideal location for our little getaway with family....a short drive to Rockport (btw DON'T miss it!) And a short drive to the whale watching boat! That was fabulous!! “Tri-level house with large windows throughout making the living space bright and sunny. Kitchen fully stocked. Double bed was very comfortable. Private parking on small side driveway. Two full bathrooms on upper and lower levels, none on first floor living area, good to know for those with issues negotiating stairs. The neighborhood is very quiet and scenic, just a few miles away from Halibut State Park. The host was in contact to see if I had questions and was settling in. Good and timely……
