From the negatives, I would start by saying that I do not appreciate the use of automated check-in/check out systems at all. The human touch and the presence of employees who can assist travelers on a broader time basis, are strongly missing these days. It's okay to save costs, but it's not enough for a pleasant guest experience ”

“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”

“It is a nice budget stay It is a student living , so the community is mainly students. My room is on the ground floor so you may hear their laughter but after 00:30 , the place is very quiet. Spacious, kitchen is equipped but there is no hair dryer. The environment is generally clean but then I found my bed sheets was stained at the corner. Yet, I did not experience any allergies. Comfortable bed and pillow. 20minutes walk to the old town, grocery stores nearby . Communication is a major problem……

“Absolutely fantastic apartment in this Aparthotel with amazing breakfast. Location was lovely and quiet and so close to the old town of Krakow. A couple of shops very close to get any beers or snacks. Super friendly and helpful staff, always got a taxi in a couple of minutes.”
