“Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. ”

“My partner and I had a lovely stay here - the location was beautiful and looked just like photos. We loved the double baths and enjoyed looking at the stars and at sunset. “A most beautiful getaway!!”

“The Shack has all the basic necessities, tucked away in a beautiful pocket of nature. The bed is super comfy, there's a hot shower, and the camp kitchen is well stocked on a beautiful large verandah that overlooks the rainforest. There is a big firepit with plenty of firewood available. We loved chilling outside watching black cockatoos and plenty of other birdlife. The property is hard to find, so make sure to contact the host beforehand so they can show you how to find it and where to park.”

"We had an amazing experience at Meriton Suites Broadbeach, thanks to the outstanding service from Bernatte and Jian. As a family of three, traveling with our energetic 5-year-old, we truly appreciated their cheerful and helpful attitude. They made the process of switching to a higher-floor room effortless and stress-free. What stood out even more was how thoughtful and understanding they were, always sharing empathy and ensuring our needs were met. Their warm and professional approach made our stay incredibly enjoyable, and we are truly grateful for their support. "The resort is best for families. The water park is the star facility. My family enjoys the water park very much. There are other kids facilities which makes the resort to be the best for kids resort, according to my kids comments. On the other hands, it is close to Gold Coast Light Rail, which makes it very accessible to other GC locations. There is a bus stop just out side the main entrance for Sea World. If you do not drive and take public transport, it is very accessible."
