“It is a great property. Tv in the bedroom didn't work .furniture is dated, soap dispencer next to the sink was broken, and the icemaker didn't work. They wer r glad to bring up 2 bags of iceI would stay here again with the small issues. The people are great, and more than willing to make things right.”

“The condo was great in the kitchen and bath areas. Very disappointing in soiled furniture, carpet and bed was not the best. Overall we enjoyed our stay but was turned off by the furniture. ”

“I was nervous about booking since other reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness and pushy sales people. I have to say though, that was not our experience. The cottage was clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. Only issue was the headboard was unscrewed from wall so even adjusting pillows caused it to lurch forward in a worrisome way. Staff was friendly, pool was fun for kids. Great stay!”

“I booked lake front accommodations but was unaware that the building I was staying in was adjacent to the main resort itself. The interior was nice but the outside of the buiding and the grounds it was on was no where as nice as the rest of the resort. I would stay here again but would not stay in this building considering the high price.”

“It took over an hour to check in which was nerve wracking after an 8 hr drive with 2 grandkids-our reservation with them didn’t agree with what we booked and what was confirmed. It was remedied by the resort the next morning. All the staff that we dealt with were very helpful and kind. The facility was wonderful and in a great location. I will definitely book with them again, and I’d recommend that anyone reading this should book with them too. ”

“Property was very unique, little dated but that's not really a bad thing and too be expected as the entire town is very historic. Bed was surprisingly one of the most comfortable I've experienced away from home. Jetted tub was extremely large and takes forever to fill but worth it in the end. Stayed in the cliffside with very little complaints I would 10/10 stay here again. Walking distance to downtown and always having a place to park nearby especially during busy tourist days is major plus. ”
