“My girls absolutely loved watching the fish in the fish tank and exploring out back. A nice place to hibernate during a winter storm. Even if the oven was inoperable (probably from a previous guest cooking a turkey? Smoked to much to use.) We still had a nice stay. The tv is big and gets YouTube so we liked that even if we couldn’t watch the broncos game.Loved all the paintings and peaceful setting. Neighbors are near ,but never saw anyone except their dogs. Really cool location way up coal……

“From start to finish, easy and accurate. Property comfortably fit five adults and outside areas were a bonus to hang out. Super clean and excellent layout. Terrific location for travel to Denver and to enjoy Golden. Highly recommend!”

“was a great 1 bedroom with kitchen. convenient to downtown and Ball Arena. parking was offsite, but near. my only complaint was there was a plug in air "freshener" - I hated the scent and it triggers allergies for me. I unplugged it and put it on the balcony. if we had spent more time in the apartment it would have been an issue, but we had a lot of activities that took us out. ”

“Really enjoyed staying here with my parents, easy to access, clear communication on entry instructions. The apartment was cute and allowed us some privacy for our stay! The only downside was parking, we got a ticket for being overnight and the washer/dryer was a combo unit which means the "drying" didn't totally dry. Please keep in mind that those things I listed as "downsides" wouldn't keep me from coming back! Still a really great alternative to other short term rentals!”

“Fine stay. But I got an email saying I'd be emailed access codes....and never got one. So I was standing outside the locked building on the phone with customer service at night. Definitely impacted feeling of security. Someone knocked on my door before checkout time, even though I entered my checkout time as requested. And there's no peephole. ”

“Great location very near a station on the train line that goes to the airport, which made it super easy to get around. The area has lots of bars and cafes so there was lots to do in the evenings.
