“A very welcome home. The list of place to see and things to do (that were all suggested by our host) were all amazing. The wildlife and mountains view were unforgettable. We did take a trip to gamble in Blackhawk. It’s was a beautiful scenic drive. The home was nice and clean. Easy to find. Eldora ski area was only 30 minutes away. Had a great day of skiing. For the price you’ll have have a tough time doing better. Thanks again for the say”

“The house is lovely, has a homey feel and is well appointed — but is a work in progress. The outdoor and basement areas were unkempt with tools, tractor, building debris, etc. Many of the owners personal items were in drawers, dirty shoes and coats in the laundry room, etc. As well, there was a lot of visible dust on pictures, around the fireplace, and on the Christmas decorations still up in October. The home has a lot of large nice windows — but were all very dirty to the point that we had to……
