“Quiet and clean room”

“整體感覺不錯，地方寬敞整潔，設備齊全。唯一扣分是沒有於客人入住前確保所有設施正常運作。其中有房燈閃爍，需要更換；洗碗碟機的缺鹽指示燈亮著，所以無法開動。”

“Really nice hotel. Perfect for our stay visiting our college daughter. And the towels are large and soft!”

“Excellent service, spacious room, comfortable bed and superb location. I really liked the minimalist but functional style.”

“房間很大也乾淨，櫃檯服務人員很親切，早餐選擇很豐富，旁邊就是公園，離皇宮很近，逛街很方便，如果有機會再去馬德里，還是會選擇入住這裡。”

“En general ha ido bien, aunque el precio ligeramente elevado para el rango del hotel. En general bien, aunque el desayuno bastante escueto, varias cosas sin reponer, zumos de industriales de máquina, café regular... La primera noche había un problema con la climatización de la habitación pero lo solucionaron para la segunda”

“Great location for our purposes, clean, friendly and safe. Not the best if you want to be a sight-see-er in central Madrid old town. But Uber works very well here.”

“只能夠說有對比就有傷害，之前是在巴塞隆拿住，前台服務只態度很好，服務很週到，以為全西班牙都很多，但到了這間酒店真的很意外。我早上十一點到了酒店，酒店規定三點後才能入住，表示房間未準備好，我也明白這一點，所以我把行李寄存後就出去了，到五時多回來了，打開房間覺得房間挺美的，但入房發現房間有兩支上一位房客喝剩的飲用水，洗手間和垃圾桶都有上一個房客的垃圾，上一手房客用過的沐浴露和洗頭水都還在，我立即到前枱反映，前枱職員亦立即安排人員清理，我明白可能這是個別事件，但如果可以給我把房間換一下會更加好，感覺上一位房客的香水還在，(也有可能是房間本身的香薰味吧)對毛巾和水杯都沒有使用的信心，也不知道床單有沒有更換過。”
