“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

“Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles gut ausgestattet und auf einem modernen Stand der Technik. Die Anlage befindet sich in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen. Uns hat es persönlich nicht gestört. Ganz im Gegenteil. Es war ziemlich cool. Alles in allem werden wir diese Unterkunft beim nächsten Besuch wieder buchen”

“Late flight check-in quick very friendly will use again if flying in to Tenerife late again clean and tidy beds comfy ”

“Really enjoyed my stay. Excellent hotel situation for me once located. Hotel and room very clean, loved the room and balcony. However I found the mattress uncomfortable as were the meager pillows. The forwarded information , how to access keys were incorrect and had to wait for the establishment to forward correct info whilst standing around outside, that was stressful. Eventually once I settled in my stay was on the whole really enjoyable .”

“Struttura ben organizzata, pulita attrezzata. Qualità, convenienza e cortesia . Posto molto tranquillo a 10 Min da Las america e Los cristianos. A 5 minuti c'è la Lidl molto utile. Il personale molto serio e disponibile. La zona comune è molto comoda e attrezzata di tutto per eventuale colazione,pranzo ,cena. ”

“L'host Brahian è stato molto disponibile e gentile. La stanza era bella e aveva il bagno privato e poi spazi come la cucina erano in comune. Sul tetto c'era anche un bel terrazzo. ”

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Grosses Zimmer Guter Startpunkt zum Nationalpark Teide (30 Minuten mit dem Auto zur Talstation der Teidebahn) Ruhiger und entspannter Aufenthalt mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. 2 beheizte Jacuzzi & eine tolle kleine Outdoor Sauna die mit Holz beheizt wird. Frühstück entspricht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis”

“We only stayed for one night to catch an early morning flight and would have loved to stay longer to make use of the facilities more and explore a bit further. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the packed breakfast for our journey home ”
