“Not c st place I have ever stayed for the price”

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“A beautiful resort with incredibly attentive, and helpful staff. The only possible crituque is that our air con wasnt very powerful, however i struggle to find any orher fault. A fantastic property that i would definitly revist!”

“The hotel, was very spacious, welcoming and clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Pool area was spacious and clean, couldn't fault the place. Great for families. My kids a older now and found plenty to do while on site and in the surrounding areas. ”
