“We got there about 4:45. There had been an incident on the 14 th Avenue bridge so it took us an hour to go 10 minutes. Shanell (I hope that’s how to spell her name) she was very nice. Unfortunately, it took till 6:20 to get into our room. Not real happy about that. Everything else was great.”
