“I stayed at the Jaxon for one night before departing on a cruise. The hotel is conveniently located between PBI Airport and Port of Palm Beach where the cruise departed. The room is very nice with a refrigerator, electric stovetop, and kitchen sink. The bathroom was clean and stocked with luxurious soaps and lotions. “I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.”
