“Front desk staff was not friendly, I called to find out when the pool slide was going to reopened, since we got to the hotel on Sunday it was closed, and the lady that answered my call gave us the impression that we were bothering her with our question. “I’ve never been to West Palm Beach but The Jaxon made me feel like home. The decor was so refreshing. They thought of everything. They had ice already made where bigger hotels don’t offer that minor detail. They had utensils, plates a microwave and even water for me in the fridge. The candle scent and hair care and wash gel were great touches too. I am thankful for them being so thoughtful.”
