“This is truly a boutique hotel experience. The service was top notch from everyone. Loved Tommy, Juan, JJ, and Christopher that took us anywhere we wanted to go on our girls trip. John the bartender was very friendly and always offered us extras. Ramone took care of us on the beach and even brought us our lunch. I would highly recommend this place and we will be returning. ”

“Front desk staff was not friendly, I called to find out when the pool slide was going to reopened, since we got to the hotel on Sunday it was closed, and the lady that answered my call gave us the impression that we were bothering her with our question. "I had no Idea the slide was not working," in an annoyed way, "I will find out" and the next thing I know she hang up the phone on me. No costumer service at all. ”

“This was a lovely hotel! Very helpful and friendly staff. The location could not have been more convenient for what we wanted to do. It was walkable to historic sites, shopping, and restaurants. The courtesy vehicles drove us where ever we needed to go. I highly recommend this property. ”
