“Perfect little hotel room with everything you need including pots and pans, glassware, even an extra rollaway bed! The staff was very friendly and the property was in immaculate condition! We had an issue at check-in because the key was not working to our room and we had to leave our door unlocked for a couple of hours… Also, the toilet would not flush! But other than those minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying in the future! ”

“Exterior construction was super loud and constant even on Saturday when they said it wouldn't be going on. The rooms were great and the staff were friendly with the exception of the evening reception staff. They were annoyed by the guests and it showed. If you offer a free evening reception as value added to your guests, it should be done with a smile and hospitality. Not a harsh “NO Salt” when you ask for a margarita with salt. I worked for Hilton and Omni hotels for years and this reception……

“Minha estadia foi boa, mas acredito que o hotel tem potencial para ser ainda melhor explorado. Por exemplo, trata-se de um apartamento, porém, sempre que precisamos de algum item, é necessário solicitar pelo aplicativo com antecedência. Entendo que não há limpeza diária, mas poderia haver a opção de solicitá-la? No aplicativo que baixei, essa possibilidade não estava disponível. Além disso, poderiam deixar alguns itens básicos de limpeza à disposição, assim como copos e utensílios para um café……

“The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The area was very nice and the beach was very close by. The pool was clean. There were some amenities that were advertised that were not available, but I know they are currently going through a remodeling. Management was great and made our first trip to Deerfield Beach memorable. Thank you! ”

“This accommodation was not clearly identified as a short-term type private rental, which created uncertainty upon arrival. Arriving at 11 p.m., I was uneasy walking into a fenced yard with no onsite staff or reception. In the darkness, I wasn’t sure I was at the right property. Initially, I left, contemplating staying in my car, but ultimately decided that was neither safe nor reasonable. Returning through an unsecured gate into the backyard, I managed to enter the unit, which lacked an interior……
