“Great location to visit Downtown La Spezia. Walking distance to all the main attraction. 15 from the Train Station and 10 minutes from the Seaport. The apartment has a large bathroom, comfortable beds and a small refrigerator. Only downside the noise on Saturday night due to a pub down the street. Affordable price made it easy for a family of 4 people. Great value considering the area and the accommodation. ”

“我們已經係第二次入住這裡，房間大係首選，而且十分整潔，wifi良好，我們很滿意。不過價錢略貴，包簡單早餐(一個麵包和咖啡和橙汁)，入住時有接待，之後要小心保管好房咭和大門鎖匙，這裡不是酒店係民宿，不然就要等1小時找民宿主人回來開門啦！ 這裡只係6間房，比較安靜，走廊外有免費咖啡和意大利檸檬和冰，隨時可以自制飲品非常好 ! 去五漁村玩住這裡係十分方便，去火車站只需5-7分鐘，如果再來玩會考慮再入住 ! ”

“This apartment was centrally located. The bed was comfortable. No AC but the fans worked well. There are lots of stairs to get to it so not easy with luggage but not terrible. The host is very nice and easy to work with. ”

“La propiedad es muy buena, obtienes lo que pagas y esta super cerca de la estación, no tengo quejas sobre eso, excelente cómo base para conocer cinque terre El check in: malisimo, desde la estacion tuvimos que caminar hacia el centro en dirección contraria y luego regresar hasta la habitación, honestamente no me veia caminando con las maletas mas de 25 min en total o dejando a mi acompañante sola en otro lugar esperando a que yo fuera por la llave”

“This is a beautiful former monastery high up above Monterosso. You need to contact the hotel in advance to make a shuttle reservation and they will pick you up near the train station.
