“very nice place! clean, well appointed, just a few minutes from the university (Law School Graduation) loved the coffee bar and the availability of recycling! lots of cooking dishes, beds were nice. I'd just mention that the neighborhood looks a little sketchy but we had no problems at all not even noise! WIFI was intermittent we assumed due to the recent storms, but no big deal! LOVED YOUR PLACE!! If we are ever in Waco your place would be our first choice!! ”

“Our family stayed here for Easter weekend. It was perfect for our needs, plenty of space and the quiet and serene neighborhood was an added bonus. You are allowed to use the private walking trails, playground and pickleball court which are right across the street from the home. “This house had the essentials and was so quaint and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a perfect location, just one block from all things Magnolia. After touring the city, we learned many rental properties were not in very good/safe places, so we felt lucky to have stumbled upon this gem. It was located amid other rental properties and was easy to get around all the great things to do in Waco. We had a wonderful time!”

We were within walking distance of several places to eat and only a few miles from our destinations (Cameron Park ZOO and Baylors Ferrell Center).
