“Enid itself isn’t very pretty, but this little place was cute, clean & close to everything(Vance AFB & yummy eats, axe throwing & bowling). Neighborhood was quiet which was appreciated Property manager was very attentive & easy to communicate with. ”

“The toilet backed up into the shower/tub! GROSS!!, water drainage problems galore!! Water issues left and right. The washer leaked, the washer when set on warm water put steaming water on the clothes. Water issues galore! Not fit for people til the pipes are rota-rootered!!!! Otherwise a cute place…but needs massive pipe work!!! Do not stay here until the pipes are fixed!!!”
