“Étape d’une nuit. L’hôtel est facile à trouver avec possibilité de parking devant la porte. Il est préférable de se rapprocher de la ville en voiture pour visiter le centre et de se garer à la périphérie.”

“Utmärkt personal och trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Personalen i restauranten mycket vänlig, men de talade mycket bristfällig engelska vilket gav upphov till missförstånd. Frukosten var inte den bästa. Inga grönsaker och bristande variation på bröd, ost, youghurt, müsli etc. Ojämn kvalite på middagsmaten. Saknade möjlighet att äta frukost och middag på terassen. Stora luftiga rum med terass mot ett trivsamt poolområde. Ingen service vidpoolområdet. Personal kunde gärna ha torkat av dynor……

“The hotel was fabulous and staff excellent. However. Food in the bar was pretty bad, not a pizza but ham and cheese on ciabatta and an uncooked, raw and cold burger, not acceptable for this type of establishment. The noise from upstairs, which is probably throughout the hotel was getting unbearable, even ear plugs didn’t stop the sounds of banging and very loud plumbing. Amazing location, historic building and common parts immaculate.”

“Vi har rejst rundt i Portugal og boet forskellige steder. Stedet her er det bedste sted på hele turen. Der var så smukt, både bygningerne og naturen. Der var fred og ro. Morgenmaden hjemmelavet, der var et stort udvalg med frisk frugt fra haven. Der bliver lavet røræg og pandekager efter ønske. Da vi kom, blev vi budt velkommen af den sødeste værtinde, som viste os den smukke hovedbygning. Det var som at træde ind i en gammel film, med alle de smukke antikke og rustikke møbler. “A very memorable stay on our Camino! Beautiful hotel, super clean, comfortable and fantastic shower. We had a pretty view of the chapel. Appreciated the quiet location off the main road at the end of Baiona which allowed for a later start on the Camino. THE BREAKFAST is the best! Lots of selection, espresso machine coffee to order and friendly table service. Owner operator Robert is friendly, helpful and offered local suggestions for restaurants and services.
